I wasn’t originally planning to report this, but since two people were gagged for insulting with the word “noob”, I think it’s worth bringing up.

I understand there is a difference between saying it once and spamming it, so I’m not saying it’s exactly the same situation.
But I do think it sets a bad precedent when an admin uses the same word that others are being punished for.

Hey sexobeast,

thanks for your report i guess.

You should carefully read the other report.

I took a look at the conversation between Xesh and Anonymous at that time.

As i told you in your ungagrequest (see here), we look into the recent chatlog, when we receive a request.
Those two players i gagged used much worse insults, thats why they were gagged.

Was i frustrated because darkly left me for no reason to die, when we were hunting, yes. Should i have said it, no. I will try to to do better.

Feels like you are trying to get revenge, because you feel treated unfair, but brining up a screenshot from a week ago ... common.

Hey Dhoudz,

I get why it might look like revenge because of my own gag, but that’s honestly not what I’m trying to do here.

As you also told me in this thread , I got a 2-week gag for a simple insult without a warning, and you explained that even smaller insults like “noob” can still be punishable.

That’s why I think admins should be extra careful with those words. Players usually look up to admins, and admins are expected to know the rules better than anyone. So if an admin uses words that regular players can potentially get gagged for, it makes the line feel unclear.

I only brought it up because I saw the other thread where that same word was used and people got gagged, as shown in the screenshots.
