Hey DataWorm,
Together with another admin, we had a look at the demo, and come to the conclusion that player Tirex™ did tried to get player Koko Sanka in order to get him infected. On the demo we can see that player Koko Sanka is shooting the zombie that sits on the little box, but unfortunately he gets infected from the back by another zombie.
Player Tirex™ was doing on purpose those moves, with the knife in the hand in order to block, therefore the conclusion we came to is that it will receive a ban for blocking/taunting in order to get teammates killed.

Koko Sanka did more obvious moves before but I agree that the demo may not provide enough evidence here to take any actions. ;-)
