why unbanned LailoCat ? he spammed. Banned first and unbanned the same minute. Unblock reason: Accidental Mute. How is that?

Svetoi, there are two type of comm bans, voice and chat. Initially he got a voice ban accidentally which is useless since voice chat is disabled on the server anyway (for regular players). But he received a chat ban (gag) and this is still active until tomorrow morning.
