Please issue the report as soon as you have finished recording the incident and not 2-3 days after. Otherwise we can't handle the report as the reported players won't know what they were banned for / did wrong.

Next time I also recommend recording a demo through the ingame console as we're able to go through the evidence from different angles, see all the player names etc. as well as the file size being a lot less compared to the files above.
