Concerning "тнε маnатεε" I decided not to ban this player, to me it appears he fell down the elevator shaft by accident and didn't intentionally try to teamkill by jumping on the others' heads.

First I also didn't list him but after reviewing the demo I added him, most likely because I saw something more then that after using drive function. Apart from that I saw him breaking rules on other occasions. But I guess he got lucky until I get more evidence next time.
And to be fair, he had more opportunities to teamkill which he did not use so I think your decision is absolutely fair. ;-)
