This is more improved and updated version since the last one I modified. Feel free to read the changelog.

Note! I don't expect the gamemenu.res to work properly below resolution of 1366x768, instead use the old one.

Could you add the mapname to serverlist?
Dunno if this works.
 
I wish it would be possible, but unfortunately it ain't :(

Is this still available/working? There have ben several updates since the date you uploaded this background.

yes it is still working, the destination is however changed. All you have to do is extract the rar file to this this folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\custom\extra", if there is no folder called "extra" create one!.
