Added these maps back today:
surf_fuckyou - Staged T4
surf_flow - Linear T2
surf_acerbus - Staged T6
surf_jaqen2 - Linear T3
surf_half_baked - Staged T2

Also applied stripper fixes to a bunch of maps. Enjoy!

Today's changes:
fixed all bonus zones on surf_666
fixed all bonus zones on surf_4head_csgo, this required times to be deleted for BONUS 4.
fixed zones on surf_me, used hook zones when needed.
fixed all zones on surf_stonework4
fixed end zone of surf_beyer2

removed surf_mudkip from the rotation for now as it seemed to crash my game, will require further testing.

Removed country tags, fixes the issue with ranks being too long on scoreboard
