Fixed/changed:
reverted back to fluffys mapchooser as UMC was causing lag for some clients.
changed startzone of bhop_3_easy_csgo, bhop_24hrs, bhop_2flocci2furious_csgo as they were too low.
rezoned surf_rookie_fix (the stage zones were really bad)
replaced surf_aircontrol_ksf with surf_aircontrol_fixed (no more start-boost, and this version has the bonus)
