Don't you get sound when you enable your radio? If so, please follow this guide and it'll probably get fixed. Some credits goes to Steam for showing how to install your flash the correct way.
1. Remember to check if you got MOTD enabled first. Go in your multiplayer settings > advanced > Enable MOTDs
2. If your !radio command still doesn't activate the radio sound, try to write cl_disablehtmlmotd 0
cl_allowdownload 1

3. If it still don't work, there's something wrong with your flash player and you will have to reinstall it with the correct settings. Follow the guide underneath
4. Your flash player should now work correctly and your Frag radio should work with it.
Uninstalling flash
If you have already installed Flash using the method above and are still unable to view Flash content in Steam, your Flash installation may be corrupt. Please do the following to perform a clean installation of Flash:

- In Windows XP, open Add/Remove Programs. In Windows Vista or 7, open Programs and Features.
- Locate Adobe Flash Player 11 Plugin then select it and select Uninstall.
- Allow the uninstallation process to complete, then reinstall Flash Player as per the instructions above.

- Select Windows 7/Vista/XP/2008/2003/2000 from the drop down menu
- Select the radio button that says Flash Player 11 for Windows - Other Browsers
- Click on Agree and install now
- Follow the on-screen instructions until Flash 11 is installed
- Start Steam and test the browser
Installing Flash for Other Browsers on Mac
- Visit the Flash for Other Browsers page
- Select Macintosh OS X 10.4 - 10.6 from the drop down menu
- Select the radio button that says Flash Player 11 for Mac OS X
- Click on Agree and install now
- Follow the on-screen instructions until Flash 11 is installed
- Start Steam and test the browser
