IP Ban H3isTheOne

This guy H3isTheOne does keep breaking rules and he dont care about it why should he ? if he can create another steam account by family sharing. This guy comes every time back and disturb the gameplay by teaming and so on, i recorded him many times and he got banned many times . today i reported him again . look what he said i will translate it for you its german:
-just calculate a account cost me 10€ i can create many account with that i already bought 4 css account.

-You cant ban me
-it has 0 sense

He wont stop breaking the rules and he will keep coming back until you admins decide to ban his IP.
Can every admin post his opinion about this pleas?

i dont stop becaue my main acc are banned so i play with my fun acc

This is not up to you or a vote to decide. If he continues the way he is this is certainly the end goal but creating this thread is not the correct approach

this will not be discussed here!
If he will continue breaking the rules despite us giving him new chances on new accounts we will just ban him from all his accounts, it's rather easy to do and we've done it several times in the past already.
