Just got ranked from Skilled to "new" after completing a map.

Just started playing on the your servers and this happend.

well that's weird. I will look into it! thanks for bringing that up with a screenshot too!
 
yeah this seems to be a problem for most people most of the time when im on a server someone joins who's new to the map but has pro and they win the map and loose their rank.
 
Can someone reset my account or something. I can no longer gain points either. So I'm pretty much stuck at 0.
