You have to use [ u r l = ] without spaces, where you paste the link in between the '=' and the ']'. After that you write whatever you want to appear in hyperlink (in blue) and then put [ / u r l ], again without any spaces.

for example I found La Haine to be a very interesting film, even though I watched it with English subtitles (it's a french film as you could guess by the name).

I download every single new movie that comes out that I'm going to watch when its available in HD at one of my private tracker sites.
