Hello,

there have been racist insults on the server/in the game zm_clouds etc. from players such as Balyoz and other players who typically have “TR” at the beginning of their names. These insults are directed not only at Kurds, but their sprays are also nationalist and racist.

I feel uncomfortable because of this behavior. Additionally, a few other players left the game late last night due to discrimination and verbal abuse.

I kindly ask you to look into this matter.

Thanks for taking your time. Such matters are handled through gag requests (you already found it), where all necessary details (such as the Steam IDs of everyone involved and proof) are provided.

Please note that we require valid proof showing that you were on the server at the time of the incident - for example, an in‑game screenshot of the chat or a .dem (demo) file. We cannot issue punishments based solely on logs when it comes to chat‑related issues, see here.

I want to make it absolutely clear that we do not tolerate any form of racism or discrimination on our servers. We’re truly sorry that situations like this occur. To prevent conflicts, we immediately stop political discussions whenever they start turning into arguments.
