Motivation: I loved being an admin on i3D, the community, the people, the Christmas events were just totally amazing. I'd love to be able to help and support a community that feels the same way.

Now I know I'm very new to EH and am of course more than willing to become an active member on the forum as well. I've been community-less for a few years now I think it's time to change that.

Just to give an example yesterday I was hanging around in the minigames server where there were a couple of players ruining the game for everyone because they wanted the server for themselves. I mentioned this problem to Xylon and that situation led to this application., proving that I miss the old days where I could make sure everyone had fun.

I would like to ask the other admins to give me the benefit of the doubt here because I can understand the impression some might get about giving a brand new member admin rights but as I said I'm 22, I have a professional career, I'm not a kid and if I was an admin at i3D during my kiddy years I'm certain I can help you guys out here with mature guidance & help.

From what I understand Xylon is an Admin here and for obvious reasons, as is Niko. I think both of them can vouch for me. We had quite an amazing time over at i3D where I was a respected and one of the most active admins.

I play a few hours almost every day, I don't mind spectating I just want everyone to have a good time. I've got enough time to be active on the Forum, too.

If I remember correctly I was Xylon's referral back at i3D, it's funny how things can play out haha.

Motivation: As may some know, I used to play on the server for over 3 years now. I had a long break (6-12 months) and just started to play again. I'm active (again!) on the EH server (especially V3).
I noticed that, if an admin isn't online there are a lot of rule breaker in any possible way.
I'd like be a part of the EH community and to help (and try to give my best) to keep the server "clean".
Also though i wasn't an admin on a game server yet, i still enjoyed the time when i was an admin. (+ Havoc / Klovn forced me kinda to become one..)

Previous bans: There was a ban once. I got banned because an admin felt blocked by me once. So i probably blocked his way somehow but definetely not intentionally...

Past admin experience: It's a few years ago now but I was already admin/mod on multiple game servers/clans and on other places like a forum based community. I always got asked to do that job and I never got kicked out so I think I made a good job! =)

Motivation: I'm playing on eh servers for years now and I saw admins coming and going and also realized quite bad times when the few active admins didn't really react on rulebreakers. I think Enissay is the only admin on those servers that started playing there before me?! ;-)
Currently there are really many active admins that do a great job at different times of the day. But often enough I'm active (for example after midnight) when no other admin is on the servers and then I often see people misbehaving. There are especially a lot of people playing on those servers all the time and they just start to break rules when they dont realize an admin. And they know if someone will catch them, they will usually just get slayed or maybe kicked or banned for a quite short time.

I hope that I could fill those gaps. In my earlier experience I often worked undercover which means I was not obviously recognizable as admin and therefore could take care on rulebreakers like those I just mentioned.
I would offer you to specialise on those players that often break rules intentionally and also take care on issues at moments when no other admin is available.

About me: My first name is Hendrik, I'm 25 and live in Berlin. In first line I'm a student (computer engineering) but I also have two further jobs for 3-9 years now. My main hobbies rely on the subjects computer, electronics and radio. But I also have a lot of other interests like music (played saxophone earlier for example), martial arts and being in the nature (going for a walk, camping, geocaching...).

I have a really overfilled schedule but anyway I was quite active on the servers for a few years until today since I'm a multitasker or also playing during breaks or at night after stopping any work. So it can sometimes happen that I'm on the server but only realising half of the things that are going on because of multiple parallel tasks. But with 3 screens, I usually realize when something important is going on on the server! ;-)

There is one more question I have: Due to the requirements i shall look into the forum everyday. Since I can subscribe to new topics/posts, there should be no problem. But I would like to know for which cases I should be active in forum. I guess it's not neccessary for me to observe any of such "small talk" categories?! ;-)
