After playing on EH for a couple years now and enjoying my time on the server. Sadly joined to late to enjoy V1.

I feel like i have a good understanding of the rules and what is allowed and what isn't. I believe that i can help make the server rule breaker free and teach newer players what they can and can't do.

I understand im not very active on the forum or discord but i do read what most people say, just had nothing to say myself.

Previous bans
Although I recall a couple bans from this server, I don't remember having any long-term bans from this or any server in the last maybe 7-8 years, just have an ongoing suspension from using the chat for very explainable reasons which I already apologized about. I am never going to appeal the gag as I feel like I deserve it and like to take responsibility for my actions.
Perhaps when I become an administrator it would be a good idea to remove the gag.

Past admin experience
Was a head admin in one of the biggest Bulgarian community servers back in 2015 (aDDicTeD CSS; do not remember for how long) as well as 2 years of head administrator experience in one of the biggest Zombie Escape servers in 2016-2018 (CSFrag, more famously known as EUFrag).

In addition, I was "crowned" as one of the 7 honorable members in EUFrag back in 2019 when the server was basically abandoned (don't like to call it dead as it will always be alive in my heart).

Motivation
I've been out of the "admin game" for some time now and I got a very sudden urge to try myself perhaps for one last dance to moderate a server as big as EH's ZH V1.
I am probably one of the most experienced people on the server in both playing and moderating as I've been playing the game for over 15 years.
In the last 1-1.5 years I haven't had the time to play very frequently, but recently I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years and found a remote job, which basically forced me to stay at home twice as much resulting in me finding more time to join the server.

When I first became an admin in EUFrag, I was asked what my "admin characteristics/traits are". I honestly didn't know how to respond to this back then, but now I'd say i'm strict, but very forgiving. I generally like giving people second chance if I see they're genuinely trying to change.
I don't tend to ban people for a long time unless they absolutely deserve it.
And the biggest plus - i'm very communicative and know very well how to speak to people and how to work in a team.

Even though I've had some violations in this server, I think I'd be a great addition to the admin team and would like to try and see if I'm still good enough to moderate a 64-people server.

About me
My name is Adrian, i'm born in February 2001. I've been working in the Sales department of a local company for 3 years. I had a huge promotion at the start of the year and am currently a Sales Executive (to the more "witty", this would hint that I don't act emotionally and am very reasonable, which would be a good plus being an admin).
I almost made it pro in football back in 2020 but had a severe injury which prevented that, nowadays I play football with my friends for fun after work or on the weekend.
I only play in 2-3 servers in CS:S.
Generally I'd describe myself and very easy-going, funny and respectful person.

Motivation
I would like to become an admin because I care about the server and its community. I enjoy helping players, answering questions, and making sure everyone follows the rules. I am active, respectful, and able to stay calm during difficult situations. I want to help keep the server fair, fun, and enjoyable for all players.

One of the reasons I am interested in this position is that there are many Arabic-speaking players on the server. I would like to be one of the first admins from my community and help create a welcoming environment for Arabic players while also supporting the entire player base. I enjoy bringing people together, encouraging teamwork, and creating fun and memorable gameplay experiences. I believe good communication between different communities can make the server even stronger.
