Requesting an UnBan

Hello, my Steam ID is HazardTeam3. I play on your Zombie Hunting servers almost everyday and it has become a new standard for me in Counter Strike than the regular classic bomb defusal/Hostage rescue. I was in "Zombie Hunting by ElitE HunterZ |FastDL, 66Tick, HLstatsX|zm_4way_tunnel_v2" going the route from the spawn point where the two doors you can shoot and they can close, by default I just shoot the doors and don't look back because there could be zombies chasing after me that I don't know. I was not aware someone someone was behind me, and by the time I shoot the door closed, I see in the text "He closed the door again", by the time I was going to type a response saying that "I'm sorry dude", I get banned. Even though the ban length is only 2 hours, still makes me upset that I get banned for something I see other players doing about every time I play on that level also and I get trapped. Why don't the admins ban the other people doing it in the other servers? I guess in these 2 hours that I am banned, I will begin searching for another Zombie Mod Server in-case something like this happens again.

it's a rule not to close doors on teammates, you must always check your radar/visual before closing the doors, doing it and then saying sorry will not keep you unbanned forever.
also we must ban everyone we see doing that because else everyone would do that because they don't fear being punished anymore.

Yes, well obviously saying sorry will not fix an unban or make everything better, but its better than not saying anything at all. Perhaps you should make this rule more clear in your rules and have better supervision of people closing doors on teammates, you would have a lot more people on your ban list. But Thank You for clearing and will follow this rule next time I play.
