server stops responding

Hello, tonight I try to connect full full full of times 85.114.140.30:27015 server zm but suddenly the server stops responding ... no ping .. so I closed steam and css but there is nothing yet your other servers, but I see that the 85.114.140.30:27015 I no longer see

if so, can you please open a cmd window and type "ping 85.114.140.30"?

hello yes the problem still persists I ping the address in cmd and I have a latency of 40 ms ... steam and css but I can not find the server and when I log in from your website the server is not responding ... if you can reboot again maybe I could be connected I do not know help me because I love your server too much
 
could you please reboot your computer and see if anything changes?

EDIT:
nevermind, i found a permanent ban on record for your IP, not sure what caused it, perhaps you did some weird commands.

I lifted it. you should be able to join
 
I had rebooted my pc but it still not working apparently so my ip was blocked but then I tried it and I can connect but I do not have command of weird actually I try many times to a blow to connect
 
Another question I would like to be admin of your server zm because I play every day for several hours, I understand some basic English, and also I'll make sure all the players play with warmth and respect for we are here to have fun after all

If you want to become an admin, submit an admin application, under the 'APPLICATION FORMS' tab.
 
I think you have a chance to be admin with my roots, I was ban for 3-4 times but nothing bad ...
