The reason why your ban is permanent is because you have 19 recorded bans on our servers with this last 1 included.
Frankly thats quite enough chances for 1 person to have.

Generally we perm ban around the 10th one, but in your case, the last one was the 19th !!
Your IP says that you are from Hong-Kong, it is waaaay too far, There's no way to reduce your ping... unless you move closer to europe
Anyway, I wasnt happy with this ban, but the other players was complaining a lot about you laaging, so I did what I have to...
I hope you'll find another similar server close enough to you mate

Ive seen this guy many times playing on EH, but ive never seen that he was lagging like some other players with lower pings.
We had banned him many times only for his ping and its sure that he couldnt fix it because he lives in hong-kong as said.
He doesnt break rules or anything. He is maybe only long knifing but this are many other players too and in my opinion we should unban him because its a shame to ban players only for their ping when they arent lagging that heavy.

I agree with crack on this one. He's a regular player and behaves most of the time, he laggs sometimes and sometimes dont. I just wonder with the new pdf-file how many bans he actually have?
