you can get a desktop comp including monitor for 800 euros and it will be able to run all games at max settings with decent fps. As for the OS you can download a pirated version.

laptops aren't really made for gaming.

You need a better hdd! Either an ssd+hdd or a 2tb hdd. 300gb are useless :/
 
I'm lucky enough to know a guy that can modify my computer to work over 250% faster, more efficient and increase my RAM by possibly 400% lol. He's an IT guy who have used 1,2 million NOK(220k-240k euro) on servers, computers, sound systems etc. His sound system is insaneeee :D

He can force your CPU to work 2,5-3 times faster and 32GB RAM is easy for him. Also he told me that his computer never get warmer then 59C lmao
