Yup, similar thing is in eh_rush. Its fixed in new update. Also in xmas version
HEY SOUR! I found a way how to fix all brighty maps.Im guessing this is the visiual bug, there is a fix for this and i spent hours and hours to find this fix
The fix:
Compile as final and hdr and all that, but don't launch Css from hammer
Open Css, open console
sv_cheats 1
map <mapname>
mat_specular 0
mat_hdr_enabled
buildcubemaps
mat_savechanges
mat_reloadallmaterials
disconnect
map <mapname>

1st: Build cubemaps in console for HDR too lol (i didnt make it before) (mat_hdr_level 2)
2nd: Test best values for tonemap controller in game, and then put those best values in hammer.

Then last option is compile the map only for LDRHey! sure that works but sometimes it doesnt work ^^ specially for Props.
@Davo_SVK Maybe add a trigger_push (physic object only) in this area ?I would say that teleportation spot must not be blocked by props in which you get stuck than. Impossible to get the human there.
