Description
The only reason I put this up is because

"READ" - "THIS is why I decided to report paw, its not the abuse cause, its even further below"

So, the reason i decided to report paw is because when i was Zombie and i was killing a CT, the guy left infront of my face.
I kindly asked paw if he could give a higher punishment like ban 20 min if the person rejoined cause i witnessed it.
Paw told me, No he can't do that he has to give warnings in chat and follow the admin rules, a rejoin on first offence just counts as warning.
Okay then.

"HERE comes abuse report"

ZM_Yousself terminator was blocking, and instead he was instantly kicked by Paw without any warnings

No block warnings, and got kicked and there was nothing previously of this either.

He basically did what he told me he "can't do".

Admin ROSKING did the right thing and burned him but Paw instantly kicked right after.

You are supposed to burn / teleport / Freeze and warn the player if he is blocking and since he had no more warnings before.

Abuse = kicking CT that block without any warnings out of nowhere.

Rosking did the right thing
Paw did the wrong thing

also contradicted himself on this one.

Evidence is in the demo chat. you will see

-Rosking puts yousself on fire
-Paw kicks yousself without any warnings

and then yousself has to come back asking for why he got kicked.

Reporting an abuse is a serious matter. Do you hold all the proofs requested for an abuse request? Yes

UPDATE - This is new after the report was made, another abuse?

Paw kicked a player for closing doors on 4away as first offence? aren't you supposed to freeze them, burn and or teleport first? he did Nothing of all those on first offense to player called

Chat is here and you can see when we enter the map 4away, the first admin command he pulled on someone closing doors is kicking the player instead of any slay method.

Use ctrl + f in chrome and search QB's name and paw's and you can see everything that's happened on this map. and its same as the new demo here.

I don't remember the part where I supposedly told you how rejoins are supposed to be handled is it in one of the demos? Are you sure that it was me that answered your message (I think I only issued a binded message "Do not ..." when that guy rejoined) and not some other admin that might've private messaged you if I missed your message and didn't answer? We were 3-4 admins at one point of my session don't remember who was online when.

Regarding youssef (I got a message from someone in adminchat (might've been in "normal" chat, but i doubt he would've blocked that obvious then.) to spectate him as he was blocking and not long after (a round later maybe) he was blocking someone from getting up to a campspot making them fall down to a spot where zms are usually roaming.) although I could have handled the situation better he is a wellknown rulebreaker (I looked up his account while ingame actually and his account lead to a previously permbanned account (pic1): 1.

and if you compare it to the one he played with today (pic2) (which was created yesterday) it's pretty obvious he has been evading earlier bans to keep on playing on the servers so I think it's safe to say he was aware of what he was doing and perhaps not as necessary with a warning as with other rulebreakers as he doesn't seem to care much anyways about them as he seems to have been evading his bans and breaking the rules without the warnings having had much effect before.

You still kicked him without any warnings and then you continued to kick people on first offence, on 4away you always spam the "do not close doors" and if someone does close it, you kinda just freeze him, and burn him and then you talk to him not to do it again, instead of talking to him you just kicked him too.

didn't you go a little bit far?

As a law-enforcer do you really believe a player with this ban history needs to be told rules or needs a warning like a new player or a player having a clean ban history? This btw is a rhetoric question as I believe everybody knows the answer.

(1) The player Youssef was reported for blocking and did it again ( like you said yourself). (2) Paw is right when he tells you that he doesnt instant ban a player for rejoining without any in-game warnings. (3) He didnt even instant ban this Youssef-player who is either a well known rulebreaker or (more likely) Youssef's name faking even worse and also well known troll.

Generally: A rejoin doesnt kill teammates. Patient Paw is right in warning a player first. On the other hand if a blocking player that is burned doesnt move away from his blocking position other teammates might die. So here we go with another reason why Paw's kick is legit.

Also know that Paw doesnt need to warn a player every day, every map and for every single rule that can be broken. If a player is warned and he continues to break rules our admins are allowed to issue bans even after days without warning again. It is every players duty to play by our rules, this is what everybody who joins our servers agrees too (I am sure you saw this welcome message that is closed by pressing "0"). Otherwise adminstration would be ridiculous and impossible and trolls would take over the server.

Conclusion: No abuse.

it was instantly burn and kick, there was no "burn and then kick" it was both at once within 3 seconds.
and using 2 year old ban as an excuse, his last ban over 700 days old.


and second, don't pretend that admins kicking people without any warnings is just totally normal now cause that rarely happens atleast out of the 100 players an admin has kicked over the years, 90 of them was where he gave warnings and spoke to the player first.

played here enough to know admins don't normally kick players without any warnings and or talking to him first and or if the player did something similar the same day, which was not the case here.

and you also know this yourself.

All I see is player breaks rule, player gets kicked without any warnings, not the usual nice and kind admin way that we normaly have here.

Well its not too normal behaviour that we see everyday i'l tell you that, all I see is that paw was somewhat angry today and decided to just mess with everyone who broke a rule cause he kept doing it after yousseff and stopped after i asked him in game to just do it normaly by burning and slapping and freezing and talking to the guy and some warnings.

I think you agree, more or less I know you do cause this is the best way and the most used way by all admins.

But I guess we're done here as you say admins can kick people without ever talking to them and or giving a warning and just use some old ban excuse as reason for your actions.

No hate to you paw, this is just the facts and what happened today, nothing I can do about reality.

That is not what I would call facts. I was not trying to "mess with everyone" there was several other people breaking the rules inbetween the two incidents (First incident happened on zm_rush around the start of my session and the latter incident happened 7 maps later.) such as rejoiners and blockers which was handled with a slap or warning/freeze etc depending on what the player had done.
 
ok ok me and easy and everyone else just has to go by demo and evidence of what happened.

It shows you kicking 2 players without ever talking to them and 1 of them without ever giving any warnings.

no need to change things cause muh evidence is there, so yeah that's the facts and that's why i came here wondering if this is normal and apparently it is so if new admins just kick ppl without warnings or talking to them i guess i shouldn't report on those apparently but something tells me maybe i should? @easy ), this is kinda both sided cause one time it might be abuse and another it suddenly isn't despite both doing the same thing :D
 
You never warned yousself or spoke to him, you just kicked him.
second guy, you just gave the usual "do not close doors" warning, and instantly kicked without talking to him.

so, 1 person got a warning and then instantly kick which demo shows in chat
and other guy, instantly kick without warning or talking to him which demo shows in chat.

which is what I said above.

the evidence is there and you realise we can all watch your replies here trying to deny what happened right? that's not a good sign and not a way for an admin to behave, pretending like he didn't do what he did.

And second, you don't have to continue this conversation its supposedly solved and admins can kick ppl without talking to warning them apparently so its fine easy says.

Are you sure you uploaded the right demos? The demo on 4way is only ~22 sec long and only shows me sending one message to a player who was later insulting. While the second demo ~47 secs long only shows rosking handling a situation with youssef. I'm not trying to deny what happened as I'm fully aware that my commands, chatlog etc are being logged, so I would have nothing to gain by lying, but when you claim to have proof when starting an abuse report I would atleast like to review it.

Do you have the demos or not?
 
If you close down CSS and re open it with the demo, the chat I had is gone?

I copied the whole chat over in the spoiler since 4away map started and all the way til you kicked him. and for yousself well if you close game and open the demo and chat is not there well then can just pull the log from the server logs

you already know you kicked both without talking to them so why spend more time on this lol
 
I can already tell ur probably not gonna kick too many people anymore without talking to them atleast or give some warnings from this point on anyway right, ur already doing better from this point and on :cool:
 
I'll just go a head and assume you lied in your report as you still have not uploaded the demos which you claimed was showing the situations with youssef and qb and continue to administrate the same way I've been doing the last couple of years then.
 
because the chat was there when i ran the demo.

Tested this now, so if you close the game and run the demo the chat is gone.

But guess what if ur gonna lie and pretend you spoke to yousself before kicking him and QB which i provided the evidence for by copying the chat. (for QB)

Why not just ask easy to pull out server logs? ur sitting here pretending this never happened when it clearly did.

I didn't know demo erased old chat if you restarted game, for me its there when i play the demo first time before i close game so I assumed it would be in the demo.

its crazy how this is turning into "someone is lying" situation instead of just solving this. I am definitely not a liar what sort of silly reply is that.

Well if @easy says this is fine then i am gonna leave now paw. what a silly direction this whole thing took assuming i come here without evidence, when i looked at the demos the chat was all there and since you did it twice i decided to ask here about it.

Lets just close this report.
