wasn't he supposed to be re banned on his new accounts? his language hasn't gotten any better with all those bans he's gotten so far as you can see in the demo too.

So this report got messy because i thought it was HeIsTheOne that was on the roof but it turned out it could been a brand new player who got grenaded up there, so my bad for that.

That is not true. We have a rule that says "new account new chance". Obviously we don't just start over completely but we don't instantly ip ban because they use a new account.
