@The Bear Jew you are actually allowed to post in such a case. When you can provide useful additional information about the reported situation (which includes another demo of the same infraction), then you can post in such a thread. But that's a rare case and most of the time other people just post useless stuff or even try to provoke/insult a player and that obviously doesn't belong here (or anywhere else).
