door close on zombies = ban?

I was recently banned 1 hour, on the 50 slot server zombie mode. The reason was that i closed the door on zm_4wayTunnel. Checking the minimap and scouting a zombie behind me, i closed the door to escape. A zombie even ran after me from the other door meanwhile closing the first. Little did i know when mister pringels suddenly slayed me and banned me from the server. I belive the situation should be in consider for a ban. I mean there were absolutely no reason to ban me while i am rescuing my ass and not ruining for other team mates. Please be nice, i don't want any further punishment if i missread the rules or anything. I admit i'm mainly writing this because i am pissed, and it ruined my evening!!

i wasnt there, but if you really have save your ass, that its okay.
but if behind you a ct friend and you closed the door, so that he cant come in, than the bann is okay..
cause it always happen at the beginning...an idiot close the door, so all other cts cant save her ass..
doorclosing is really a shit thing! 4 way is my favoriet map. the only think i hate on 4way are the doorclosers and the evelator/lift blockers!
