Error, cant join server

Hi guys, i have always this error and cant join on your servers...
but the thing is that i cant only V3, v1, v2 and v4 can i join without any problem

ahh yeah you are right, it happen always, if i play on neko athletic park
btw there is something else on this map.
by begin of every round, all of the players have very high pings, about 120
