The all time classic zm_officeattack_v8_fix got serious issues - not only since the cs:s update but also before.
Historic excursion: The secret room could only be opened if the same player
1. Pushes first button
2. Pushes second button
3. Pushes soda button until no more cans come out of the machine
4. didnt die before he managed to open the door of secret room
Now, and since many months the secret room opens if players shoot the soda machine until no more can comes out.
It's too easy and the secret room is hold almost every single round which makes this map not only boring (almost all rounds end up with dozens of campers in the room and fattiez desperately trying to go in while blocking themselves) but also unfair.
This map is highly endangered to be put back to special map list as the map flow as it is now had never been intended to be like that. I remember a various map game play back in the days with hunting and camping at numerous spots.
What needs to be done? In my opinion there are 3-4 options.
1. Best option: If possible edit the map and it's mechanics that it is harder to open the secret room (best choice: As it used to be, see above and write me if you have any questions). The second and machine button should be activated only if the same player pushed the previous buttons. Bonus feature: Make sure the soda machien button cant be shot anymore (for example pu some fixed props in front of it to disrupt the ballistic trajectory)
If not possible (due to button problematic) or other reasons we have several other options
2. Nerf the room. Make it a challenge to be kept.
3. Remove the door and make the entrance wider
4. Close / remove the room completely
Afaik there is nothing else to fix.

- Add a prop blocker to the door, no more barricading
- Add a second entrance (huge breakable part of window or breakable wall on backside)
- Flip the windows (nobody can look out but everybody can look inside the room)

4. Close / remove the room completely
Afaik there is nothing else to fix.
