Here you can apply for the position of admin on all of our Surf servers across US and EU!

Before you start I would like to tell you one thing.
About 90% of the applications up until today were rejected. The reasons are many but the most common ones are the following:

• The applicants didn't put much if not any efforts into writing something decent and motivating
• The applicants didn't have enough playtime on our servers (i mean... we saw applicants with 20 minutes playtime...)
• The applicants had a bad chatlog including insults and swear words exceeding our "limit"
• The applicants had an overall bad reputation due to their behavior ingame

Given these reason, I would like to wish good luck with the application, we're all looking forward for new members for our admin team


In order to get admin you must fill out THIS application form using the most correct English that you can and with professionalism.

Past admin experience: I used to be an admin on a Deathrun server on Garry's Mod a couple months ago but I stopped playing gmod so I had to quit.

Tell us something about yourself: I'm Swiss, I study IT engineering and i'm currently living in Finland for 4 months of Erasmus+ programme (Swiss-European Mobility programme actually). I am friendly, I like skiing, reading, programming (ofc), managing my communities, keeping servers secure and up to date. And of course I like cheese, money and watches (like a true Swiss) aaaand milk + sauna (like a Finn)

Why do you want to be an admin? I want to be an admin because I play these servers every day, and would like to become part of the community that keeps it going. I would also like to make the servers better, to get rid of the mic spammers and annoying trolls who ruin the fun for everyone else.

Why do you want to be an admin? I want to become admin because I like to help people out as much as I can and in my free time I usually surf on these servers so I feel like I can help a lot of people in the servers. I usually turn off my chat volume in game when I join public servers because there is always a person who is being annoying or playing music and there are no admins to tell him to stop. That is why I feel I should become admin.

Tell us something about yourself: I am a 27 year old living in SC, USA. I have my Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and have played Counter Strike off and on since beta 1 in 1999. Other than CS I enjoy playing competitive level pool and travel quite often to compete in pool tournaments. I've just graduated from University in December so I'm currently between jobs, which leaves me with plenty of time to play CS, whether surfing or matchmaking. Throughout my college career I worked several IT positions with my university, everything from a help desk/call center to systems administrator and SharePoint bitch (not the official title...). However during my 1,5-2 months of playing on these servers I've had some bad experiences with people shouting out racist chants or insulting others for no reason. This is the most important question!: I actually never thought about becoming an admin let alone you can sign up to be, but I would like to sign for admin because I was actually referred by AlawY. He told me my chances are pretty good of becoming one and I felt pretty good about it. I'm a decent guy that tries to help people, even when others tend to ignore me. Although I just started surfing about a week ago, I've become pretty decent at it.
