Motivation
Well I spend a crazy amount of time on GoFree servers, I only play on GoFree since they have enough diversity in maps to entertain me and recently there's been what can only be described as an influx of toxicity in the riff raff. I'd like to offer my hand in helping manage it all. I really enjoy playing surf and it's recently became my only mode of enjoyment from CS:GO since comps are full of hackers 24/7. Ultimately, I just think I could be a good asset to an already seasoned admin team. I've also spend a lot of my adolescent years administrating a whole bunch of MW2 servers through FourDeltaOne (R.I.P) and those were some of the most fun times I remember in my gaming history.
About me
Well, truthfully I don't do much. I mean, I work as a website developer for a local business in Middlesbrough providing bespoke websites for companies like Costa Coffee but then I spend a lot of time chilling in my house, either with friends or alone, smoking weed or playing games. And that's pretty much all there is to it.

I Have Been Part Of The Staff Team On Many Servers In FiveM(GTA V RP), And Eventually Owning One Until I Closed It.
Motivation
I want to become part of the staff team becuase I want to be able to connect better with the community and get to know everyone around the servers. I also want to be an admin so that I can keep the servers friendly to new users and try and keep it calm while still having fun with the users on the server. I want to make sure that everyone, no matter what their age is, haves fun while on these servers. That is one of my number 1 priorities as an admin. I have personally had a bad experience my first time on this server, but the admins were able to quickly handle the situation. Motivation
I love to play on your servers! Every day, I come on and hang out, help some people, do some speed runs with some cool guys. Just all round have a good time. But every now and then, someone decides to join the server and say a bunch of racial slurs and they decide to be a complete asshole to everyone. So it really brings down everyones mood.

This is a big motivation for me as I hate seeing everyone have a good time and it is ruined by some random guy joining and being toxic and rude, and no admins are currently on to take care of them. In those moments I wish I could do something besides reporting it, I wish I could stop it right in its tracks, so people can continue to have a good time.

I also would love to gain some experience being an admin on such a nice community. As you can see from above, I had to leave my " past admin experience " section blank. I haven't been an admin on a server before, but I wouldn't consider it a horrible thing. I have worked in many jobs in the real world. I understand how to be mature, kind, understanding and lots more.

As you know I was revoked as admin for reasons I will not specify in the application. I understand the precautions taken, why I was revoked as the situation was serious and something did need to be done. However I would like to re apply as I am in fact wrongly accused and didn’t have any connection with the player at the time of the incident. Proving this will be hard as your suspicion against me could be supported well, so I understand if I get denied, that is why I would like to provide further supporting evidence that I was not involved in the extreme case. Have been staff in TheNexusNation 4 times since May last year, always resigned for either personal health issues or I got bored of csgo (More 1v1's/retakes than surf) As a senior mod there I downloaded, added and zoned a great many surf maps. I'm still capable of doing the former but Go-free has a massive amount of maps already added and several admins who are capable of adding the few new releases.
Motivation
Since my late departure from my last community I've been playing Go-free servers for obviously the surfing but the community side as well. I play the servers for the people just as much as I do the fun of surf and with that I've seen a fair share of people taking things too far and clearly violtating the rules that are laid out. Whilst there are plenty of admins who are all amazing at keeping an eye on the servers and responding to calladmins, I personally would love to get involved and do my part to make the community the best it can be. I have a pretty good relationship with a few of the current staff and this opportunity would allow me to get to know the rest of you a little more. About me, hmmm. Okay I've been playing CS since 2016 and I've loved playing the game at various points in time but now I'm more interested in the community part of the game and getting to know as many people as I can. Around Febuary of last year I dropped out of Sixth Form (College) due to ongoing medical issues and since then my time on PC has become so valuable to me so I try to make the most out of every moment whether it be chatting to people in discord (I'm friendly most of the time, can say hey anytime if we havent talked before) or just surfing in the servers. I started surfing about 3 months ago, and ever since then, I just fell in love with the community that surrounds surf. I always get on because I love interacting with everyone, and surfing was almost the second thing when it comes to these servers. I was an owner of a Minecraft server that had a consistent 20-30 people online during the day. I was an admin on a couple of Gmod servers a year ago.
Motivation
I enjoy hopping in csgo and play on surf servers pretty much daily. I try to get in at least once a day to talk to people and have chill conversations, which do happen quite frequently and it is nice when it happens. But quite a bit of the time there is many people that just join to ruin conversations, blast music, or be a jerk to people just for the fun of it. It ruins the overall atmosphere and I would want to have the ability to prevent the people in the server from flipping out like crazy.
