kick spec

Plugin that kicks everyone without an admin flag if they are in spec more than 40 minutes.

This will prevent kicking of admins, vips, donators, annyone thats in an admin group.

Server is full all the time, and there's always 10-20 people in spec.

More fun with more zombies and players alive.
