My CSS doesnt connect with the servers ?

FIRST OF ALL, im not a whizzkid when it comes to pc's..

Since ive got my new pc, ive installed windows 7 (cuz windows 8 is an HUGE fail!) and downloaded other important things (like iTunes, Chrome, Steam etc).

The frustrating thing is, after installing CSS with Steam, im not able to play CSS. Why is that? It keeps failing during the ''downloading map'' part.

Also, how do i install the in-game Console with this version of Steam? I couldnt find a good, legit tutorial for this...

Wait, so you mean you can launch CSS, but you are unable to connect to any server because it doesn't download the map? If that's the case then you need to allow downloads from servers or something similar under options (sry I can't remember exactly where in options it is)

Sorry its our fault. A server is down and its responsible for the downloads. Should b ok by tomorrow. V1 already works

Ahh oke its no problem , at least i know what the reason is.. xD
