Here we go for an another version of marbble special Halloween.
Here some pictures about the map.​

  • Map has been more optimised
  • Vending machine retextured for EH (Halloween Theme)
  • 3 secrets added.

Note : This is the v1, if you encounter some problem about missing textures / overlay missing or something, don't hesitate to contacte me.
Maybe a v2 in the futur.

Next map : Palace.

I can see a lot of work was put into the map,you never seem to disappoint,as always I can't wait to test the map and of course learn my favourite thing,those cheeky map secrets 😜

Maybe there is some optimization that can be done here, there seems to be an animation/movement that reloads in a loop every 5 seconds causing quite a lot of bandwidth and cpu usage.

If you run it solo and gets it down to 300-400 (maybe a bit lower) then the server should be able to keep up 66 tickrate, currently it runs 500-700 which is really high for being only 1 player.

All your maps, really good, this one might just need some attention.

With the screens below you can compare the new maps of yours and the new map zm_3_rooms_v5 as well.


-zm_eh_worzel_hallow_v1_v5 (Your map) is running the same bandwidth with 50 people+ than Marbble is doing with just 1 player (solo). marbble sends 35kbps of data to me solo, same as full server on worzel.
and your map zm_eh_palace_final_halloween_v2 - does 7kbps of data on solo.

-zm_eh_palace_final_halloween_v2 - 500-1000 on average most locations, good
-zm_eh_worzel_hallow_v1_v5 - 500-1000 "--" , good
-zm_3_rooms_v5_fix_v3 500-1000 "--" , good
-zm_eh_rush_hallow_v1_v4 400-1000 "--" good
-zm_eh_4way_hallow_v3 400-1000 "--" good
-zm_eh_cbble_hallow_v2_v3 600-1100 "--" good (you have some sound entity going on there) but the server has no problems handeling it.

Now, it's this map.
-zm_eh_marbble_hallow_v2 - 1500+ average and many places 1800+ average. Server drops to 35-50 tickrate for most players giving higher ping, some chokes, the server cpu should be feeling this as well.



The average for most maps in the server in the most crowded locations is 500-1200

Look at the IN under fps.

I think, without being sure of myself, knowing how to understand the problem, I would try as soon as I have time, to see it in depth in order to possibly solve this problem actually which can be disturbing.

Moving lights, moving objects etc, maybe you spawned in something that is stuck in an area and can't move, like a gun (any object really) that is constantly stuck/moving/falling.

Even guns with animations (those you pickup on the ground with special effects, if that effect has moving lights for example aka the light is attatched to something that spins/moves etc)

But it seems to be running in a loop, every 5 seconds its like it turns on, then it turns off, then it turns on again 24/7

Problem fixed, sorry for that ! and Thank you again (In my POV it's was okay, Idk why, Maybe I miss to add the props !)
