Im pretty sure the ban will stay, since the console caught you trying to cheat however wait for one of the HA's or SPA's to give their input!

The console banned you for cheating so i don't think you should expect an unban.
 
sorry but we have 0 tolerance towards cheaters, if we'd unban you we'd have to unban many others too.
Cheat detection by SMAC is very accurate and this is not an error.
I hope this is clear already!
