Unban reason: Dear Community / Admins

Since I have just played two three rounds CSS (Zombie Server V3), I was banned from the system. I just did not know what it was, Shadowplay was already running. When I got the Admin "T-Flash" written, and he has informed me the update on the new 'Ban-system', I have been banned in my opinion wrongly, because I did not cheat tool run for now on ,

The rules for such an update have been adjusted?
Unfortunately I could not find the rules despite search function.

You've been banned simply because you have cheated on another account that is associated with your IP-Address and/or Steam family sharing account.
