Unban reason: Dear Community / Admins

Since I have just played two three rounds CSS (Zombie Server V3), I was banned from the system. I just did not know what it was, Shadowplay was already running. When I got the Admin "T-Flash" written, and he has informed me the update on the new 'Ban-system', I have been banned in my opinion wrongly, because I did not cheat tool run for now on ,

The rules for such an update have been adjusted?
Unfortunately I could not find the rules despite search function.

Hello,

Our system (SourceBans) was updated last night, causing this ban. You've been banned simply because you have cheated on another account that is associated with your IP-Address and/or Steam family sharing account. I'm not in the place to say whether this ban will stay however, so, please wait until one of our Head Admins or Special Admins replies here.
