According to a decision we took in the Head Admin team we rule the following final decision:
Name faking is allowed and is a right to the players.
Breaking any rule is illegal and will be punished
If a player is caught breaking rules (possibly repeatedly) while also name faking he/she loses the right to use that specific name IF a competent authority on the server (admins/spa/ha) decides so.
Taking a punishment and being over with it doesn't grant him/her the first cited right back.
Failure to drop this right leads to a disagreement to our rules, thus the unlawful player shall be forbidden entry to our servers until he/she decides to comply.
Upon these rules the following decisions take place:
Your main account and secondary account with steamID: STEAM_0:1:80645017 and STEAM_0:1:80575663 have broken the rules several times while using another player's name. This player believes that he shouldn't be accounted for it from other players and rightfully demands us to take action, we decide that due to the repeated offenses and the history of such accounts you lose the right of using the name "zm_youssef_the_terminator". You are allowed to use variants of it that clearly differentiate from the original name.
Your other accounts with steamID: STEAM_0:0:176597530 and STEAM_0:1:176641484 (not banned) have not broken rules so far and still hold the rights listed above. You're free to use such fake names as long as you don't commit any mistakes.
Given these decisions the secondary account has been cleared from the ban, your primary account and the other offending account will also be freed as soon as you put up with our rules.

correct me if im wrong, but...
... you are telling me that it is not allowed to break rules with a faked name... i understand that, since its not allowed to break rules with a non fake name..
but telling me afterwards that it is not allowed and punishing me therefor for delicts i already got punished for is not okay!
thats why i am requesting an unban for all of my accounts!

STEAM_0:0:11582106 is getting unbanned and i am allowed to use that name with it, right?
i would have no problem if someone would have told me that before, but nobody did!

It's mainly common sense, anyway it's not a huge problem as you still have 2 accounts you can use for that

Now you do know. Although you should have known that breaking rules while using someone else's name can cause you more troubles than normally, you said it yourself.
it's yours, you created this account yesterday (25th) and played with another name. But things like these don't slip through my eyes...
