zm_icy_rooms

A chilly place to hunt zombies. Six diverse zones await you, each with two campsites.

P.S. I did that thing with HDR. I don't know if I did it right, but when I checked, the console said "HDR is disabled."

Hey Raider,

here is some feedback. I like this new winter map, looks good.

Like most of the times I found some things tho:

1. Please avoid those crouching cam spots as they cause trouble (lags). I know some of the old maps do have thos kind but I dont want to add new maps to rotation that cause lags.

2. It's a huge map. Players might have a hard time finding the enemy if the server is not full

Does the map have any secrets? If so please let me know (always) so we can do a real map testing.

If I have any problems with the first point, I'll delete this camping position. I figured it would be easy to capture thanks to the ice boosts on the sides.

I took a look at the map and I'm really curious to see what it will be like when playing it with other players.

I really like the crystals :)

let's gather input before you make a new version. here is my first:

please remove the soda in this house or even better add a prop blocker at the door:

A CT hiding in it in the corner cant be reached

I hope the other house aint a problem as players can push the soda from outside (pretty sure at least).

Beside from what easy mentioned as I wanna gonna comment the same thing: Some zombies tried hiding and all got stuck floating where the marked area is, not sure why they would even try to hide there but... yeah. Other than that map was fun, few spots that are a bit obsolete cause of longknives but few CT's managed to hug the corner and win certain rounds, and the room with 2 ice-ramps went great with good teamwork, overall not a bad first experience for me and others aswell

irrevelant but cool: the spawn reminds me of an DLC for Dark Souls 2 called Ivory King:
