Past admin experience
I do not have much experience in admin on csgo servers, but have run a lot of fivem and have been admin many servers there. So I know how to handle different situations, for example, if two people were to quarrel with each other, I would bribe them both for about an hour! And if someone were to be racist, I would permanently ban them from the server the same as if someone were to use cheating or the like!

Motivation
Honestly, I want to test and see out there within the cs community to be admin there. Then I also want to be able to develop the server by people taking care of themselves, instead of arguing with each other!

Motivation
The Main Motivation within wanting to become an admin on the server is because I love to surf for the satisfying experience.

Past admin experience
I have experience with owning a large music based discord server and administrating said associated ones before, working with bots and webhooks ect. I want you to know (and this is an important factor on your decision making) that this would be my first time administrating a game based server. My communication and listening skills are very well and thorough, I do see myself and others have told me that I am a methodical and justly reasoned decision maker. If I ever come across a problem that requires more than my attention I would never hesitate to reach out to other peers and members of staff to help. Typing commands and text communication have almost become second nature to me and I can see that as a rather large benefit as far as swift actions are concerned. I will ask of the other more experienced staff that I wish to be taught a basic and clear walkthrough of the available utilities that elite hunterz staff have whether it be reprimands and punishments, organisation and cleaning, cooldowns and or mutes. I may add that I am also happy to provide my own schedule to gather a greater understanding of my available time with elite hunterz. I am aware that the usual peek times for these EU servers are early evenings till late usually.
My weakness: I am not the loudest speaker but am clear and concise when listened to. I would also ask of the server that it gives me a period to settle into a new regime with it as you would any other staff. I would be happy to learn more about these server in general as my knowledge of this site and the members are limited so feel free to introduce me when you can if it ever comes to that. Thank you very much for spending your time to read through it, I am aware of the application procedure's wait period and duly so. It important that you read through at least once more.

Motivation
I would like to cement myself as a more engaged and tactical balancer. To be able to negotiate and to dismantle hectic situations with a calm and calculated countenance. Most principally I would like to stress the importance that a non-egotism based and agenda less mindset can be of a valuable impetus when used effectively.
My main motivation for becoming an admin comes off the bat off my appreciation and gratitude for the enjoyment that I have within them. If there's anything I'd like to help it would be these servers, if I'm able to to try to make the very place I enjoy spending time in more just and more looked after it will also be a better place for the users that join up and to make it feel the same way for them.

I am a carer and cleaner, I babysit for my neighbours and work for a cleaning contractor in the evenings on weekdays 5 - 8pm I am also a Sunday school teaching assistant in more of a youth worker kind of way. My favourite hobbies are Surfing, gardening too I love plants and trees very much and grow my own from seed. I am originally from Canada and moved to the UK 10 years ago. Motivation
Being an admin has become something I look forward to part-taking in during my free time and I would love to take a more active role in keeping all the servers strong and growing. By being a moderator I am able to keep this environment fun and enjoyable for the players within the community while also handling any issues I see occurring. Being a moderator would allow me to solve problems that I and other players encounter and issues witnessed during my time in Go-Free, with me being here very often I think I would be able to aid the staff greatly in their endeavors and issues with individuals who are causing problems in the servers. I have been surfing for almost a year now. I'm going into my last year of high school I'm taking AP Spanish which is basically Spanish V and I'm really into computers I'm taking AP computer science, AP Cybersecurity, and digital design IV. I try and code viruses in my free time and then run it on my other computer and test different ways on trying to take it off and then trying to make it better so it's harder to take off your computer and make it undetectable to Windows antivirus feature. Every so often I get offered an opportunity to do pen tests on people's devices and vulnerability assessments on people's networks I normally get paid for it but I do it for fun so I don't really mind doing it for free every so often. I like to spend hours upon hours playing video games when I'm not coding or doing ethical hacking.

Motivation
I play on the servers a lot and seem to notice than a lot of the time there isn't any admins in the game so any problems in the chat such as toxicity or racism etc seems to get missed by the time an admin has showed up after using !calladmin. Also with new maps being released and more boosts messing up due to crouch boosting it would be nice to be able to fix these times.

Motivation
Go-Free was where I started to surf the last march I generally hate listening to and seeing the servers get a bit rowdy or otherwise a mess, typically now all I can do is watch it happen and mute coms, when admins are on there is very rarely those problems and the servers are a lot more fun to be on. Aside from that, from an entirely personal standpoint, I find I am more motivated to be active in certain communities when I have had similar roles whether it be twitch modding or something else in that same lane. With regard to Go-Free specifically, the servers have had a huge effect shaping my presence online and I have met some great friends on the servers and would love the opportunity to give back to that community. I have seen the presence a good admin can have on the enjoyability of surf for everyone who is online and I would love the chance to try to have that presence as well.

My previous admin experience is mostly on discord with 1 case of being a server admin.
I am the current co-owner of a fandom discord server with 1.5k members.
I am the current head admin of an official game discord server with 1.7k members (and growing fast).
I have previously been an admin for a tf2 dodgeball server that averaged 10-20 members online at once.
I have also been an admin for numerous smaller discord servers, however, I decided to forfeit my role in order to focus on the larger servers.
My time spent as an admin for various servers has given me a deeper insight into upholding the rules in a fair manner. I try not to take everything at face value when upholding rules, and instead try to determine if the action had malicious intent before handing out a punishment (varies on a case to case basis).
I opt to not make any admin decisions if I don't have a level head in order to prevent me from making decisions I regret as an admin.
I am also able to make any admin decisions without any bias, despite any negative relationship I may have with another player, which generally leads to fairer punishments.
There are probably some other skills I've picked up over the years I've spent doing admin work as well that I've forgotten to mention.

Motivation
I would like to become an admin for the go-free surf servers, because I thoroughly enjoy using the go-free surf servers and want to help keep the servers clean and enjoyable for everyone else and give back to the community in any way I can. Throughout the time I've spent on the servers, I have seldom seen an admin on the servers. I'd like to change that by continuing to be as active as I am as an admin for the server to help deal with and also prevent any situations that may arise. Having an admin regularly online on the servers can also act as a deterrent for people that may consider breaking the rules for a cheap source of entertainment. I've also noticed in one case that after the call admin command was used, no admin ever connected after a reasonable amount of time had passed. I'd like to help change that by being available to respond to calls as needed.

About me
I am in my final year of university studying economics. I can be very social, however, I also enjoy playing a few games in the evening to help unwind, with cs go surf and Runescape being my two main time wasters. I am a qualified ski instructor with a huge passion for skiing more than anything else. In my free time, I listen to a lot of music exploring various genres and almost always have something playing on spotify or youtube. I also spend a decent portion of my free time going to the gym. I've been gymming for 5 years now with no sign of stopping.
Anyone who knows me, will already know that I am a king at complaining and making excuses when it comes to anything that frustrates me (such as a difficult surf map or essay), however, I like to think that my positive traits outweigh my negative traits.

Motivation
I absolutely love to surf, and I spent a lot of time doing it. To me, the best part it sharing it, via forums or youtube, or teaching others the commands or whatever surf tips I know to help them. When I spend so much time doing those things, I think about possibly helping support the medium that lets us do so, especially because it's uniqueness and age means server hosts are a necessary integral part to that experience. As I'm effectively done with high school, I don't have to leave the house for much, so I can be flexible when needed, and regular as expected. I mentioned no admin experience on CSGO specifically because I've run servers for other games, not to this scale but at least for profit.
