I've reached above a score of 22500 in the ranking system on v3

I was told that you get skin at that "level", if true then where can I equip it?

I've checked on "!zclass" without luck.

the skin is activated manually, write your nickname in the game steam. you will be activated .. probably this is how it works, but it's not accurate))

Not sure how it works yet, but I think that a higher-up admin has to enable it for you.

using !zclass and choosing a skin should persists throughout map changes, does it not?

It works only with admin/vip skins, not with prestige skins with me.. dunno why

Prestige skins have to be re-selected for each disconnect/map change.
