Valve blessed us with a new CS:S update!

This only means one thing: all servers are currently broken.
I spent quite a lot of time trying to get things fixed, however things aren't work right now.

our application forms were a mess to navigate and understand, and the language was very dated.

I eliminated what didn't matter anymore and I simplified the navigation of those forms.

Hopefully it's clearer to our users where they have to click to apply/report/appeal.
