Motivation
I work as a typist from home so I'm able to be on the server active throughout the day every day. I surf quite a bit on Utopia and there are a lot of times where an Admin is needed but not present, if given the opportunity I can provide quality administration every day.

Motivation
I have a lot of previous admin experience. I came back to csgo a few weeks ago and have tons of active hours on the servers. I am 16 years old Slovakian boy that loves to play cs and other online games. I am really good at english so that is a big plus for me. I like to go to the gym a talk a lot to my friends in my free time. There was numerous times when I wished I was admin so I could ban/mute someone online cause they were abusing someone.

Motivation
At the end of the day after playing some comps I go onto surf servers all the time to wind down. This is usually late in the evening and it's the best time to not play where I require my full attention while playing and surf is great for this. The reason I would like to be an admin is that while I play I feel like I can contribute to the surfing community by being an admin. This is so that I can help people if they need it or deal with people that are ruining everyone else's fun.

I never really took CS:GO seriously so most of my Admin experience comes from another game; Minecraft. I'll list the servers I operated as well as my role and duties.

Hypixel [ADMIN]: One of the most popular servers, most of my time consisted of checking up on in game reports and moderating various servers within the network.

MineHQ [ADMIN]: The biggest Hardcore Factions Minecraft server ever, my duty was keeping the chat clean and rid of rule breaking content as well as scanning the server for hackers.

Although my experience is based on Minecraft I know plenty about how to handle situations regardless of the game and my administrative drive is undeniable.
Motivation
I used to surf on CS a very long time ago, mainly because of surfing YouTube videos but since coming back I've fallen in love. I enjoy surfing despite not being very good and I enjoy having conversations with the community. Although the servers are really fun I do see quite a bit of toxicity that could be easily avoided if an Admin was present. With my flexible schedule and undeniable dedication, I can provide a consistently fair and reliable Admin who does nothing but make the server a better place.

i have co-owned and head admined a 5000 player faceit hub and community for over a year aswell as running and organising 16 team tournaments under this organisation. I have dealt with a variety of issues over my time admining and running this community and have a very good understanding of the level of professionalism required.
Motivation
i have been surfing Utopia for around 6-7 months across many survers and have recently come to play on the go-free server. I have noticed that there is a lot of disorderly conduct between players in this server along with a lack of admin presence. I fell i can benefit the community as a whole by helping to moderate the community aswell as helping new players on this server learn the ropes.
