I just really want to help people, i have ever since an early age. I also am on your servers a lot i haven't been on for long but i know i will be on it everyday for the rest of my life. I run my own server (Home sever) for friends, which hosts 1v1 maps, also use it for 5v5 scrims, i'm also a manager in my day job.
Motivation
To keep things in check, i play on the server a lot, maybe 2/3 hours a day, sometimes more, people tend to not use the call admin feature for whatever reason, so if i;m already there i can nip the toxicnes in the bud before it starts, i've also exprerience in using source mod/meta mod, used matties events scripts when it was a thing, made custom 1v1 cfg's etc. I've basically ran severs since having dedi severs was a thing.

I'm 32, i've played all versions of CS, started in 1.6, only got into surf the past couple of weeks, maybe 1/2 months, i enjoy car detailing, fishing, flying drones, photography and of course all aspects of computers.

Admin at Raidboss surf server for somewhere around 5 or more years. That included handling server restarts, map zoning, map additions to the server, and general admin duties when on the servers.
Motivation
The community seems to be pretty large and healthy which is always awesome to see, though it seems like admin availability/presence throughout the day can be a bit scattered. Hopefully I can fill a slot of time that might not see as much presence.

Being able to help around where needed and ensure other community members have a fun and "safe" server is my main goal here.
About me
I'm quite the fan of games that require sharp hand-eye coordination, rhythm games like CloneHero, subgames such as Surf, and occasionally picking up games for speedrunning. It's always such a great sense of self accomplishment to improve your time and climb a leader board!

I have been admin on some old GMOD DarkRP servers in 2016/2017. Players online was usually between 20-45, sometimes peaking to around 60.
Also did some moderator work on Minecraft PvP servers. Players online was around 20 at the time.
Motivation
I'm very active mostly on Utopia 24/7 especially at peak hours. (like to have some interaction with the people there) I realized that most of the time there's no admin online to keep the server under control during those peak hours which can be very frustrating due to mic spammers and excessive racism. I'm not too harsh on people, but some do really cross the line. So I would like to mainly focus on keeping Utopia 24/7 peaceful. Of course when online I'm always available to provide support in other servers when needed.

Not really much to tell. Just a chill dude trying to get back in society after some big problems in school. Currently focusing on starting school again, get my degree in computer science and move to Canada. I play CS:GO and DayZ almost every day to pass the time and do some camerawork for my friend's freerunning YouTube channel.

I have been an administrateur on a Discord server that had over 400 members(now abandonned) and at my school I have the responsibility to be the minister of cooperation(I pretty much make sure no rumors about a student is done or any bullying at any sort and if there is a case of such so i Will and have to interfere)
Motivation
I like to surf on the servers since it makes it fun to listen to others conversations and the maps are great! But also, the reason why im applying is because a lot of time there is people on the servers mic spamming, saying racial slurs to others and bullying someone(I have been a victim of in real Life and on the go-free surf servers) and the only thing I can do is try to tell them to stop and explain why they should not be mean but with no success and do call admin winch usually takes up to 20 minutes and at that time its just to late.

My motivation to become staff on your surf network is that I find it to be an amazing community that is awesome, even if toxic at times.. the current staff team is amazing and their job and always motivate people to do their best. Unfortunately I have never been an administrator on a CSGO server, but I do have a lot of experience as an administrator on GMOD. I had a lot of responsibility, I also had to ensure that everything went well. That was great, and I would now also like to apply that to csgo!
Motivation
When I play on the server, I miss a lot of staff. There is continuous scolding and teasing. Me as an admin would like to prevent this as much as possible, so that every player can have fun playing this server without being called anything. I am also someone who learns things very quickly, and respect everyone and would never be ahead of anyone. I am also very advanced to be communicative with everyone so that keeps a relationship between a server and a player strong. I am also strong behind the scenes in processing internal activities.
