I've been moderating a lot of Discord servers in the past, so I have experience with administration, what is right and what is wrong. I understand that moderating a Discord server is not the same as moderating a Surf server, but I have at least some experience in term of handling people.
Motivation
I've been playing on this server for about a week now, and I really honestly love it. But almost every time I come on the server, there's always someone griefing or being toxic. And I just want to make this server a better place. Not by banning everyone I don't like of course. Once I played with someone that helped me with the map, and everybody was helping each other and not being toxic, and I just loved this vibe. I just want to make this server like this, every day for the better experience of everyone.

My name is Léon and I live in a French family. Since my family is french, it is my first language. But I live in a very english place, so it allowed me to understand and speak fluently in both languages. Since I have no trouble in school, I can have a descent vocabulary and I have an ease when it comes to learning languages. I started playing CS:GO about a month ago, and I fell in love with it. I used to play Valorant a lot, and I just transferred my skills from there in CS:GO. I always dreamed to Surf, and when I did for the first time, I just can't stop doing it. I have been admin on old DarkRP GMOD servers i was in that possition for 2 years before i started a new school,
I have been admin on a GTA V RP servers for 1 year, I have also been admin on 2 minecraft servers that i currently still am admin on and they are both faction servers and they get very toxic.
Motivation
I would like to be admin on your server as it would be benificial for you and i because, When i come on to the server i see that people are always arguing about something rediculous and i have tried to calm it down but i have no overall power to get them to listen. i try to keep the community as non toxic, and i also don't see admins online when i am online on the servers.

Motivation
I'm pretty active on the server, mostly the 1-2 server and utopia, and since the return of utopia_v3 instead of njv i've seen a pretty huge uptick on micspammers. Instead of having to !calladmin and waste someone's time, I can fill in for them and call the mutes myself. I also don't really have beef or bad relations with anyone on the server (anyone that has been on more than twice, at least (Except Gemi, but thats only when he plays his god awful music)) so I don't have much of a reason to do anything malicious. I can just see myself fitting that role.

I have been working with multiple different games as an admin, server owner, and developer. I started out as an admin for a Gmod server, then a GTAV FiveM server and kept moving around in different communities until I became a GTAV FiveM server owner and developer. I would say I am a very mature, and well suited person when it comes to these roles in communities. If you are wondering when the first time I became an admin was, it was in about the middle of 2018, and I have been working in different roles since then.
Motivation
The thing that motivates me the most is the community. I just really love chatting with people, getting to know everyone, and really just having a wholesome experience with other players while we chill on the servers. Sadly, many people are toxic as you already know, and ruin that wholesome experience for others, which is not something I tend to like, which is what my original mindset was going into the moderation team on a Gmod server. It just makes me feel good inside, knowing that some people were able to have a generally good experience playing the game.

I was previously a gofree admin for around a year. In this time I'd like to think I did a good job (we dont talk about discord mod though...) and I'd like to think I was fairly respected on the servers.

Chatlog can be considered questionable but it all has context, eg when I said "Danish Cunt" and "Dribbling spastic" I was talking to Paul, who is a good friend of mine.

I would like to come back to the community as recently I have enjoyed surfing more and more and would love to be welcomed back into the admin team, while I have had toxic and immature outburts in the past I would like to think I am becoming a nicer person to speak to both on and off the servers.

I was one of the more active admins on discord, the servers and the forums and I think I could be a good addition to the team if you would let me.

not really much to say here. I'll be 21 at the end of the month, I'm an accountant and I like to bottom frag in MM and get group 5 times on surf servers in my spare time. I frequently talk to members of the admin team both on the servers and whilst playing MM/Faceit with them.
I also have a new PC coming soon so I'd like to start streaming/making youtube videos :)
