Well i used to be an Admin on LN before we went down.

We would have around 30-45 people everyday so i can control big crowds of people pretty easily.

I was Admin for a couple months (4-5) ~ (VIP 2 years).
Motivation
Since this network is finally coming back and seems very friendly to everybody (unlike the previous LN staff / owner) I wanna try to Admin here because on LN they treated staff like they didn't matter at all (basically garbage). but like i said before this network seems way better in terms of staff and players so i would really strive to do the best i can here.

Well, I do really like to surf sometimes and sometimes when I surf I see displeased people due to some guy mic spamming or something. In those situations I would like to handle the problem and make the surfing experience great without any annoying interference. I'm also a decent surfer and can help with any newbies trying out surf. I had 3 years ago a cs go romanian surf server which was in top 3 servers in my country, but in almoust a year I close it because I didn't have the host money anymore, (if it matters the server name is evict) over a month since then I've got admin on another romanian surf server (again if it matters server name is play arena, and no, it is not a combat surf server, I know dumb name) but after few good months I retired because the owner was change and that guy is too toxic for me, beside these I also had some experiences on other country's servers, but it wasn't for a long time because I wasn't so interested ( the main reason was that I travelled and I did not like that much the server and the owner admins..) Also I know to work in ftp and data base, if it matters, I helped some owners with few usually problems (rank system, announces..)
Motivation
well first of all I like the server and I want to be part of this community to help and try to make it better, why do I like the server? because is for sure in my opinion and experience the best set up server ( many maps, good points system, nice surfers and really good ones,nice and precise forum and many other things, for me is another level) and it would be a pleasure to be a admin here
second I believe that surf knowledge is important to have, I don't say that I'm the best surfer ever, for sure I'm not,but I'm a little bit advanced (I am rank 25 on server 10 server records and more then 5 years of surf) why do I tell it's important to know surf ? well let's say that a random pleyer needs help on a map and he ask for help, I know there is a bot for this, but is more beneficial to be someone who can explain that rute or shortcut, just my opinion
third I don't know where can I see my hours on server but for sure I have more then 20/30h, and I can be active 1 h per day
and to finish I miss to be part of a community where I can be involved and have a job, and this is a great opportunity

some of my motivations to help out on the staffing of the server is i am on kitsune a lot i came from AB and or LN and i play surf a lot so i though that might as well play the game while help out with staffing. another motivation is i see people that are being very toxic and being racist when there are not staff on and i think that i can fill up that slot and take over for the time that people are not going to be on
