Unfortunately I have never been an administrator on a CSGO server, but I do have a lot of experience as an administrator on GMOD. I had a lot of responsibility, I also had to ensure that everything went well. That was great, and I would now also like to apply that to csgo!
Motivation
When I play on the server, I miss a lot of staff. There is continuous scolding and teasing. Me as an admin would like to prevent this as much as possible, so that every player can have fun playing this server without being called anything. I am also someone who learns things very quickly, and respect everyone and would never be ahead of anyone. I am also very advanced to be communicative with everyone so that keeps a relationship between a server and a player strong. I am also strong behind the scenes in processing internal activities. I hope this was enough for a chance!
About me
I am a 16 year old student becoming 17 years old in 1 week. I am currently studying communication and economics. In my spare time i can often be found in the gym, and also a lot behind my computer and usually playing csgo. For the rest I have a teamleader position at a pizza delivery company.

I just want to be part of this amazing community more. Everyone here has been the best. They are all nice except for a few. I have been toxic before but now i have changed. I have been a nicer and more helpful person. In the past one time i said some mean things to someone but i didn't mean for it to hurt anyone. I have apologized too. But now i have just been a very great person. For example i help out newbies and i love when i here how happy they get. Since Hex told me of the things I said i have had time to reflect on that. I own a discord server with about 30 people and have had the opportunity to moderate the band discord server for my school with 100+ people.
Motivation
I think that everyone should be able to surf in peace without toxicity or people eating their mics. If I can help people surf in peace then why wouldn't I. I have gained time and not beaten stages because of how loud and distracting people have been and it is extremely frustrating and exhausting as I already have to deal with that at school.

I may be 14, but I have straight A's, am in all honors and AP classes, and still make time to play CSGO. Some other hobbies of mine are 10 meter air rifle, hunting, video games in general, and Bassoon.
