Motivation
I started playing on EH servers since october 2012. And immediately fell in love with this mod ;) I remember golden times when were always full hunting servers, although always preferred V3. Recently, with an increase in the average number of players on V3 increased number of violations when is there no admins. For example: door closing on 4way or destroying/blocking anyway anywhere or ppl who play as human help zombies kill their teammates. Every time to create threads on the forum is very difficult and hemorrhoid. I would like to join on the admins staff and help our servers in the fight against violators

It was 5 years ago now, I was kinda messing with the admin Kiwi. I was obviously still much of a child back then, have matured alot now and don't do stupid stuff like that anymore.

Still currently an admin on the Bananagaming CSGO retake servers. Has been almost 2 years now I believe.
Motivation
I have played on the EH servers for quite some time now. Back when the ZE server was still a thing I spent quite some time on there and now on the ZM servers.

Unfortunately there are always going to be some players that just want to ruin the fun for others whether it be through blocking, teaming or even insulting. I want to help moderate the servers and make sure everyone can have fun without being harassed by others who don't abide the rules.

I would also like to be a "guide" for newer players that don't know much about ZM and perhaps end up leaving again because they don't really know how to play. I think it is important to keep building this community so it can get bigger and bigger and hopefully never die down. To ensure this we need to help newer players and set a good example by punishing those who break the rules.

I am 20 years old and I am currently studying tax law as a civil servant. I live in Berlin but during the week I will mostly be in university in Brandenburg.
In my freetime I like to play video games of course, go to the gym and in the evenings meet my friends every once in a while.

I think I would make a good admin, not only because of the experience I have already gathered while moderating the Bananagaming servers but also because I am a very calm person. I don't get provoked very easily and I don't hold grudges against people, no matter what they may have done or said to me.

I only have one previous admin experience in CSS, that was on two surfs maps we used to have back in the day.

I would like to become an admin on your servers because I would like to help out in the community. I've been playing on your servers a lot lately and I really find both the community and the games to be a peach! I did left EH some months ago because of my private life, i started to study and wanted to marry my Girlfriend.
Now, i finished the biggest Part of my Exams and i got alot of more time again to play and help you Guys out with my Admin service. My Girlfriend said yes btw, so i just need the time to plan the wedding.

I promised to come back because it was always a great time for me on the EH Servers, and i want to help again however i can.

It was always fun and interesting for me to administrate both Servers, that was the reason why i did spent that amount of Hours here as Admin and now i would like to continue my Job here.

I only had maybe 2 bans in total, not more. Both bans happened for the same reasons and were both 30 minute long. The 1st happened because some guy started a beef with me on CS:GO AWP server because I was better than him and we started calling each others words and we both got banned. The 2nd one was nearly the same so I don't think I need to explain it more.
Past admin experience
I was an admistrator on a polish AWP server 2 years ago but I forgot the name of it (It had hell in it's name, I think it was helly but I don't remember) and I was doing quite good there but my PC was too old and couldn't run CS:GO anymore so I had to leave and I moved on to CS:S for now. And I don't know if it really counts if I was moderating couple of games in the game platform " Roblox ". It's the same deal, you have to watch out for cheaters, people that are racist and insulting.

I would like to be an admin on your server because I was looking for a place where admin applications were open and I joined the ZM server today and I saw an admin, I started asking him if I can apply because I saw the ads that were saying that the administrator positions are open so I decided to create an account right now and apply for administrator. + The server seemed nice and fitting for me so that's one more reason that I decided to apply for it.
And I wanted to add that I was an admin on one server before on CS:GO like I listed in my previous experience and I know almoast all of the commands.

Motivation
I have a lot of motivations, I will start with the server :

I think there is a very good admin presence, they do very well their "job of admins". Solidary, listening, and sometimes crazy ^^
Of course, as in any server there can be overflows (cheating, insults, Porn / Racist Sprays) and each admin has a life outside the computer, and I can be present that day on the server to avoid any problems, and remind some, the good manners ..

Then the forum :

The forum is clean, I like to read the conversations and, I want to suggest ideas (for servers) that could perhaps please. These ideas I do not want to talk on the forum publicly, because I've already been stolen "things" in other forums .. knowing that the zombie server V3 works well, it's not impossible that it happens ..
I also want to participate in the ideas of other admins, if there are, with my point of view of a 23 year old kid, who has already spent 1 year of his life on counter strike: source :')
