None on any surf servers, although I have picked up discord mod roles before in servers with about 500 or so people in it.

Motivation
I used to be a very toxic person, especially towards some of the older admins in the discord. I'm looking to change myself from what I did all these years ago, and I feel like becoming an admin would greatly improve me from what I've already been attempting to do. I'm always looking to help others improve in surf, and want to involve myself in the community more since I surf alone 95% of the time, and don't interact with the community as much. Surf can also get boring at times so doing something else while playing surf can help ease my mind.

About me
I'm a 19 year old interested in joining some form of law enforcement, to give time to the community that I live in. My main hobbies in the summer would be swimming in our pool, especially if it's 90°F outside, playing volleyball both in water and on sand, and mowing my neighbors lawns. In the winter I'll play with my 4 year old husky who is very energetic, and shovel my neighbors driveways and sidewalks. Online I like to play chess, mainly blitz chess but will sometimes play rapid chess and bullet chess, and improving myself on surf.

I was actually an admin of GoFree servers in the past, shoot, it wouldve been about 7 years ago now. I was demoted because my laptop had sadly broke and had no way to contact anyone. I just recently got a pc again! Other then being an admin for GoFree, I was admin/chief of staff for several "smaller" Minecraft servers, as well as an admin/developer/coleader for a discord server of 500+ members.

Motivation
I am always active, I'm on every day. I love being a part of communities. I always get along with everyone and try to keep the peace. Really, I love being someone that people go to if they need help/advice and look up to. I just always have loved the GoFree community!

Used to self host a surf server for a while. I learned some social skills from this experience, including an understanding of de-escalation of an argument/dispute.

Motivation
Almost every time I join (the utopia server), I hear people screaming the n word. I'd like to help moderate the space, and enforce the existing rules, which seem to be ignored quite frequently. I'm also an lgbtq+ individual, and I'd like to keep the space safe for people like me! One of my strengths is my capability to distance myself from my biases when taking moderative action.

About me
I used to self host a 64t surf server, so I'm a bit knowledgeable of behind the scenes stuff (linux), along with using some moderation tools.
I may not (currently) meet the requirement for joining three days in a week, but I have been fairly active on the gofree servers in the past and I'm looking to get back into surfing! I specifically like gofree because it has one of the only good 64 tick surf servers I've seen!
I'm not the best surfer, but I'd consider myself above average! Possibly more than half of my 4600 hours are strictly on surf. I'd love to help grow the community and keep it inclusive!

I see a lot of disrespectful rude people and I'd like it to stop, I think that the CSGO community should be a better, nicer place that accepts all. A while ago i used to be bullied in surf servers for not having a personal best and I also got cyber bullied for being a squeaker and I want this to stop for all. I’ve been playing across the GoFree network for a significant amount of time, and feel as though I could be a beneficial asset to the admin team. I'm regularly online, and consider myself to be trustworthy and reliable, allowing me to approach things in a well thought-out, unbiased manner.
I’ve certainly matured over recent years and only really care about others and myself being able to have a good time. So as of currently I do not have CSGO admin experience , I do have though Fivem Admin experience so because of this I have experience with Non Bias , proper way to deal with people and professionalism. I am also good with de-escalation and listen to both sides. I regularly have to deal with issues of staff abuse , people being stupid and people being racist I have dealt with all these situations on a fivem server.

Motivation
My motivation comes from wanting to have clean servers where everybody is welcome and can have fun , When I first started surfing on CSGO I didn't feel very welcome, I then started playing on GoFree Servers and became somewhat decent . I mainly play on gofree EU#10 surf 85t Because my favourite map boreas is on there , I tend to see new people coming in and I Like to help them out instead of just telling them "just be smooth" It can be rather off putting to newcomers , Iv spent time spectating and helping others and welcoming them to gofree . I have a lot of admin experience, i was head-admin on IGCS.TOP for over 4 years. I also moderated other servers for less time, so i'm very familiar with being staff.

Motivation
Generally i dont see many admins on the EU surf servers, i'm there quite a bit and only ever met a hand full, if even. I think I would be a great addition to the admin team, i'm active and very familiar with moderating surf servers.
I speak to a lot of players in text chat, and those who wants to in voice chat aswell. I dont personally know anyone on the staff team, but would love to meet some!
Atm im rank 100 on the server, and always willing to help new commers with any questions/problems.

I am currently an admin on two gerogian servers and it's been about 2 years.

Motivation
My motivation is to moderate the server and control players' behavior and whether they obey the server rules or not. Also, there's an annoying bug where if you don't choose the map when rock the vote is going on you can't access the vote any more and you have to wait till roundtime runs out, so with admin i could just switch the map manually or restart the server :)

About me
Surfing for me at the beggining was an unreachable goal, I was watching YouTube videos of people surfing and always thinking that sure it was satisfying and calming but hard as hell, but one day my friends dragged me into it that's when I discovered your servers and started surfing day by day I was getting better at it and at this point im not the best out there but I'm at the level when I feel comfortable of my skills and enjoying surfing and every time I come back from university or at the end of my work day I always jump into the server and start having fun.

Motivation
Personally my motivation to become admin is simple, I love surfing and want to make the community a safe and social space. I like teaching newby surfers and I would like to help rid of rule breakers. I aim to only get better at surf and am always in the go-free server's. As such I really want to help out with administrating the servers. I'm not going to break rules and/or abuse admin privilege's. I am pretty much available everyday as I surf mostly everyday and can hop on at anytime during social hours if the servers are understaffed.

About me
I love talking to fellow surfers and have made countless friends from surf already, a few being admins. I tried surf around late 2015 and fell in love with it, however due to unfortunate circumstances (My PC broke) I couldn't play surf anymore. During that time I would constantly watch YouTube videos of surf WR's, praying that one day I would come back to surf. Fast forward to the present and now my dream has come true. I also enjoy playing guitar, skateboarding, watching anime, reading manga/manhwa/webtoons, I enjoy cooking and going on walks. I studied game/web design in college. Pizza is my favorite food. And as said before I absolutely love surfing! I also eventually want to make my own surf maps.

As some of you may know I used to be an admin for Gofree close to 2 years ago now. I've also recently had experience in a FiveM drifting server known as MadDrift (shut down as of 2months ago)

Motivation
I am motivated to become an admin for the GoFree Surf Community because I believe that it is a challenge worth undertaking. Being an admin is not easy, and it requires a great deal of dedication and hard work. However, I am confident that I have the skills and the passion necessary to succeed in this role. I used to be an Admin and even a Supervisor (a main Server Owner's helper) many times in one of the biggest Polish network, so I understand how sourcemod and sourcebans work.
Former ViceAdmin in one of the biggest Polish networks (CS:GO), which name I won't mention, because I don't know if can I advertise it here.

Motivation
I've been spending a lot of time on the server for the last few months and I think, there weren't any serious problems with me. Moreover even now, I'm been trying to help Admins by reporting some bugged times and things like this (my times also :p). But the most important thing that motivates me is fact, that in my opinion I have huge experience not only as a Server Admin, but even as an Admin of whole network, which in my opinion help a lot. I've never been an Admin on any international servers, so I think that would be very instructive experience, so willingness to try something new combined with enthusiasm will ensure that my words will be reflected in the work itself. I also belive, that I'mthe right person for this, because I know how to treat other players properly, can deal with stressful situations and I'm fair in my decisions, no matter who is included in such incident.

It would be appropriate to begin by introducing myself. My name is Olaf and as i mentioned earlier, I'm turning 19 in July, so this year I'm finishing an education in high-school. I love footbal and currently I'm playing in a small amateur club. I have more than 3k hours spent in CS:GO and around 1.5k on Surf mod itself, so you can call me no-life there :D.
